  • Awful service

    By Trendy long time user
Unhelpful and very unprofessional when trying to resolve issues.
  • Split the check ?

    By Angmr1973
This has been great so far. Wish there was a way to split the ticket with others who are also already Uber clients. Friends that ride together also eat together
  • Uber eats is the best!

    By VickyFisher23
It helps me find local restaurants and I can track my order just like I track my Uber. Super convenient!
  • Ease of use

    By kahuna21
Love how easy it is to use the app. Great selection of restaurants as well
  • Special instructions

    By Mrkimba
I did enjoy the easiness but there was no special instructions section where I can put how I wanted my coffee prepared and how many salsa's I wanted and did not let me use my promo code .
  • Awful

    By Xakiraxlightxx
They need to fix their system.
  • Solid app

I love to get food ordered to my house if I’m having people over(and it’s SO easy). Only complaint is that there’s no way to pay cash for your meal, which would make it easier to pool money for larger orders if you’re in a group
  • Ugh

The restaurants I usually order from most of the time mess up with my order for my family in which then I have to message uber eats about it without getting the food I have payed for. Either that or when i do tend to order from some restaurants the order is taken, and my money, while I wait for the order it suddenly cancels and Leading me to send yet another message regarding a refund issue. Money is nothing to play with and when using an app I’d like to have trust in it. It’s as if i order a pair of shoes but only get the right shoe and instead of sending me the left you give me half of my money back, what the hell imma do with one shoe knowing you won’t take it back? It shows how you “value” your customers by being lazy. Regardless of these poor outcomes the little times nothing goes wrong is a blessing.
  • Poor Customer Service

    By helloo....
Got charged 3 times the amount of my order. Got the option to call customer service (cause the option to cancel the order was not available until the order is picked up- go figure) and customer service fed me lies about how it would be credited to me after the food was delivered. An hour after delivery, no notifications/emails regarding refund. There are no options to call customer service after the order is completed and the online submissions only get you an automatic reply. Finally called the same number and shockingly there was an "issue" emailing receipts/refund confirmations. Now waiting 5 business days to see if the $100 is ever really refunded. Deleting this app!
  • Worst Customer Service Ever

    By Sof and Dad
Update: As you can see I got a developer response that at least had more words in it than all the other responses. But same link. Same darn link! And they want me to tell this super long story for like a 5th time!!? ARE YOU KIDDING?!! You read my review. Give me an email or phone number to management! Talk to me offline!! Don’t give me the same stupid link you guys give everyone. Wish I could give a ZERO rating. My story is so long and frustrating, but I'll try to tell it. It was my first time ordering and I had a promo code for 1st time users. (I had once opened the app and had to put in my info to find out they didn't deliver to my small town. But now I've moved). The app kept rejecting my code saying it was only for 1st time users (I AM!). Also, after putting my new address in something said to meet driver at car, but I couldn't find the message again and I was unsure, so I called customer service. There was definitely a language barrier but she assured me the driver would come to my door AND the promo code would work after the order arrived. Both of these were completely WRONG. But that's not the worst of it. The worst came when I tried to respond to an email that asked about my experience. It said "If you reply, you must post text above this line" So I did. I told them my long, frustrating experience. Then I got another email telling me that my reply was all for nothing and no one on their team would be receiving it, but it included a help link (similar to the one the app developers are giving right now to other people who give low ratings to the app). This did not take me to a place to contact them but was instead their website. After not being able to find a way to contact them I instead found something saying to go into the app and click help. Sigh...So I did. They force you to chose your issue to write to them so I chose "promo code not working"? I then wrote my long, frustrating story and hit send (if you can believe it, this is the SHORT version). I received a reply this morning saying "It seems your issues are unclear to me. We'll be waiting for your reply". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! What choices are left to me now? Another link? If I call during the day will I get a call center with no language barrier? I can only assume any positive ratings for this app are from people who didn't have to deal with customer service. Yet. And I hope they never have to.
