Description

Get back to nature in Animal Crossing™: Pocket Camp, the new Animal Crossing mobile game where you take on the role of campsite manager! You're in charge, so you can decorate your own campsite however you like! Make it fun, make it cute, make it sporty—it’s up to you to craft the kind of furniture and amenities that will make your camp a must-see for animals visiting the area. Steps to Creating Your Best Campsite - Help Animals As You Explore! While visiting different recreational spots, you'll meet new animals who could use a little help. They'll be looking for fish, fruit, bugs, and other things to get their camping adventures started—and when you help them out, you'll earn Bells and craft materials in return! • Craft Furniture and Amenities The craft materials you earn by fulfilling animals’ requests can be used to craft all sorts of furniture and amenities for your campsite. Just open up the Craft menu and place an order with Cyrus, the hardworking handyman from Re-Tail on the Road. Then sit back and wait! Or, if you're in a hurry, you can move your order to the very front of the line by using Leaf Tickets. You can purchase Leaf Tickets with real money, or earn them through regular gameplay. • Your Campsite. Your Way. The joy of the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game is creating a space that suits you and your style. Your campsite can be anything you like—from a traditional space that celebrates nature to a flashy fun house with concerts and rides. It's all up to you! You can also customize your camper, visit your friends' campsites to get ideas for your own, and meet new animal friends as you explore recreational areas! • Host Animals at Your Campsite As you grow your friendships with different animals, they'll want to visit your campsite. Craft and decorate with their favorite items, and you’ll be able to host them whenever you like—even if you change up your decorations completely! • Garden Safari/other events need adjusting

I've been playing this game since it was first released and have really enjoyed it - up until this point, at least. The gameplay gets a little stale after a few weeks, so I'm very impressed with the effort to release new features and events, but I can't say the same for the Garden Safari. I was looking forward to it, as I adore Rover, but the event has been a big failure in terms of playability and enjoyment. The spawn rates are terrible, but the capture rates are by far the worst. There's a difference between a challenge and utter frustration! Also, the plan to have friends share creatures backfired: I repeatedly had my white and red flowers flooded with diamonds when I was obviously looking for rarer creatures. I'm extremely disappointed that I wasn't able to complete Rover's quests, and I'm not looking forward to future events like this. Spawn and capture rates desperately need to be increased, while creature sharing needs to be changed so that 'common' creatures don't ruin the fun. Maybe limit their placement to certain flowers, such as where they naturally spawn?

... the second half of this most recent event (Rover’s Garden Safari) is nearly impossible to complete within the given time. Not only are the white dahlia seeds difficult to come by, but the low creature spawn and catch rates only add to the problem. All of the other events, and even the first half of this one, have been moderately timed and fairly realizable. This one, however, is not. Please either update the mechanics or extend the deadline.
  • Loving it so far......can’t wait to see where the new updates will take it

I absolutely love this version. I’ve actually been waiting very patiently to be able to get a version on my phone since I’ve given up most other forms of gaming station. I completely agree with some of the things that others said were missing such as planting I’d love to be able to plant trees. Another thing I’d love to be able to do is display things such as fish and bugs. Finally I’d like to be able to expand or maybe even have a second camp site. You have to craft all of these tents to level up the animals I think it would be cool to be able to have different camps you could send the same type of animal to (such as cool or natural.) Finally yes adding things like the museum or things like that like maybe add a coffee shop. But all of those things could be future updates or as you level up you can maybe unlock them. Overall I am very pleased with the game and definitely plan on continuing to enjoy it.

The Butterfly event is impossible to finish without spending real $$$! The catch rate is so low that if all my flowers have butterflies I feel lucky if I’m able to catch 2 of them. Greedy Nintendo is greedy.

Hey nintendo!! I have suggestions for this game! There could be adventures, where if someone asks if you could go on an adventure for them you can say yes or no. The adventures transport you to different places. That is all.

Rover butterfly part II event was horrible! Very low success rate in catching butterflies. Frustrating and disappointing. Took the fun out of it.
  • I’ve always loved this game

When I heard it was coming to mobile I knew I was gonna get hooked. I hesitated at first because it’s different than the DS games but then I got really sucked in. The updates keep it really fresh despite recycled dialogue.
