This app has been a perfect complement to my running routine in the winter months. It kept me in shape when running outside wasn’t an option and strengthened my muscles in the process for improving my overall fitness level. I’m a big fan of the instructors and workouts. Nicely done!!

I wish it would estimate the calories burned
  • This app got me to workout

    By carrieabanner
I kept struggling with the motivation to go to the gym. Now with this app it doesn’t feel like a herd commitment and I actually love picking out my next workout towards the end of my work day before I go workout. The only thing is I wish it was easier to look up workouts based on the main part it worked out. Because someday I want more upper body and some days more core or lower. The app is amazing but just a suggestion.
  • Not what I thought

This app requires more money than expected. $24.99 a quarter.
  • Not Free

It’s free to download But every work out needs you too pay
  • Beware, potential scam

    By CheeZzyChase
This app will charge you without prompting you first, be careful, shady business. This is what happens when corporate tries to play in the startup world; ASICS can’t help themselves and got greedy based on my user experience. You lost an app and shoe customer. Check out superior alternatives like, SweatWorking, FitBod, PlayBook, InstaFit, etc

Misleading advertising- you don’t know it’s only temporarily free until you’ve let them datamine you. I hate that!
  • Free?

    By Vinesash
This app says it’s free. But it’s not. After you subscribe your locked into a 10/month subscription. Scam in my opinion!
  • Be upfront about it

Didn’t learn about the monthly fee until after I had created account. Should have told me that up front. Now I’m going to be getting emails from you all for the next 10 yrs.
  • Love this app

Perfect app for when I either don’t have the time or energy to go to the gym or when I’m traveling. Still get in an awesome workout (100% better workout than if I was just trying to do something on my own) and so convenient. Next step is to try out these treadmill workouts while I’m actually at the gym.
