  • v4.1.5 is quite broken

    At least half of my files won't display now, only resulting in a pop up that says "Processing your file. Please wait. Cancel." It never processes, whether on Wi-Fi or LTE. The same files open fine on the Kindle Fire Box app, so they are fine. Other iOS apps are fine. Trying to use this app in a professional setting is now a game of roulette, which is not fine.

    When turning my iPhone to landscape, The image is not displayed well and the image cuts out on the left of the screen. This problem exists a very long time. Please fix it!!

    In my review for a previous version I rated it higher but described that time coding on video playback freezes when you scrub through a file. Since I use this for demos, I was annoyed. But I still rated the service as a four. When I posted that review the company replied to my review (glad Apple added that) stating that they wouldn't be able to get to it by their next (monthly) update but the one after that. So I waited. Just checked the new update and it's still broken. Three months ago they broke something simple. Two months ago they acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it. But apparently no one checked out the previous revision history to find what was changed to break it. So where I had been unhappy with the app, but happy with the company and service, I feel like I'm done. If they don't care, why should I? At my next renewal, I'll cancel. In the meantime I've been trying out other services.

    The past several updates have broken this app. Been using it for years and now it's been rendered useless. Half the images no longer show up. Ended up with blank thumbnails that won't show the image in either the thumbnail view or regular full view. The April update causes browsing (through the random images that do show up) to be a terrible experience. Images need constant manipulation to get them into focus. This was never an issue but now it occurs throughout this app. Zooming in and out is also pointless now (only works by double tapping vs the standard zoom feature that previously existed for years). Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but that didn't help. Not sure what happened but this app has really fallen off a cliff. Please fix these issues! 8/17/2017 update: New version completely broke viewing pics. Click on a pic and it says "processing your file" endlessly and the pic is never rendered to full size from the tiny thumbnail. Going to look elsewhere for a similar app. This app has completely fallen off.

    I used to be able to upload more than one file at a time from iOS mail, but now have to wait until the first one is loaded. It just isn't as streamlined as it once was.

    I love box so much. Its easy to use and straight forward. But lately i cannot open my files in my iphone. The file corrupted and automatic the app shut down. Please fix it !!
