  • Community posting?

    By Koeppus
How do you post to the community, I have read must have a photo or 30 characters but regardless it lets me submit my posting but I can never see it under the community only under friends/me though I select everyone. I’m I doing something wrong???
  • Syncability

    Really motivating!
  • Mapping errors

    By Adhater
Frequently marks a point well distant from route and includes this distance in total mileage.
  • Yes, I would recommend!

    By RC Anthony
This app has worked very well for me for about a year and a half now. It enables me to keep track of all my walks, the distances that I walk, and all pertinent to statistics, particularly variances in pace, and elevation changes. I have used Google maps distance measuring to verify distances and MapMyWalk is quite accurate. Also, recovery from a battery power drain is robust. I would whole heartedly recommend this product, especially for someone committing to daily walks for improving cardiovascular and overall health. It is a real motivator to review my progress.
  • Horrible app!

    By ssandpt
Started this app ~10 days ago, and now will delete it. Here's the problems: 1. Unable to join "Community" ( Help response says something about "ranking logic"--what the hell is that?? 2. All my walks were GONE as in DELETED this morning, and this was toward a Challenge ( thanks a lot), 3. Completely inaccurate timing. Been doing the exact same walking path, and I get 25.09 min/ mile one day , and the next 17.43. I have changed nothing as I'm recovering from surgery and CANNOT have improved that much in one day! Also, doesn't coincide with my Apple Health App. Going back to Runkeeper app, or my trusty Garmin. Was a runner for 40+ years and never had these issues with Garmin.

She was panting to much today.
  • Not for hiking

    By whyratetouse
I used this app for a hike up a mountain, it said I only burned 117 calories going up?! Lol there is no way. I burn this much by walking on treadmill for shorter time. I believe this app is only for walking on a leveled road.
  • Snow shoeing

    By Vermonter613
Just wish I could call my walk a snow shoe adding extra calorie loss.

This maps my walking very well. However to newcomers: Turn the app window off or the app will pause without you telling it to and you will miss out on part of your walk. If I turn completely close the window it seems to work well.
