    This ap is what I personally MUST use in order to lose weight. I synch it with my smart watch and I know exactly where I stand each day with food and exercise. Very easy to use and allows you to analyze what you are eating. It keeps me honest!!!!

    First of all I love this app and habe used it off and on for many years. It has always helped me know where I need to tweak my food intake. Currently I am doin the Keto diet. The one sadness I have is that MyFitnessPal currently does not have a way of tracking net carbs. And when u only get 20/day, this has to be the most accurate measurement. I have been looking at other apps and many are harder to use than MFP with a smaller food database and still most don’t track the net carbs. So I am still sticking with this app but PLEASE PUT IN A NET CARB COUNTER!

    Loving this app. I track everything I eat and drink and have it synced to my Fitbit to track exercise. Have already started seeing weight loss results. Love the community and articles that discuss different health and fitness topics. Good to hold yourself accountable for your weight loss & fitness while in a motivational little app that's fun to use

    When I’m using app continuously trying to log 3-4 weeks of food it slows or shuts down. When traveling I often don’t get good connection especially internationally, so I can’t log the same time I am eating so I write them down to eventually log them when I’m in a better connection. I haven’t tried the paid version.
