Haven't had any issues with the app. Some vehicles it works better in. I have a Ford F-350 and it works very well with Ford Sync.

I paid about $50 and called to dispute and nothing. I go to log into the app and it says to pay after I already paid! What a scam.

I like the app even tho it's not really needed. It could use a dark mode or night mode in the map and also a way to connect Spotify instead of only Apple Music

When connected to Escort Live, my radar only beeps twice even when I am over the speed limit and cruise alert is set to OFF. A solution needs to come quickly or I'm demanding a full refund
  • Requires 24/7 location info.

This app wants access to your location info 24/7 or it won't work at all. Garbage.

With the latest update to the app, every time the app it's not immediately running in the foreground it drops to Bluetooth connection, on the previous version of the app the Bluetooth would always stay connected even when I switched back over to my other app.

Update: they were working on the app and their server last weekend. The app came back on Monday. It is working much better. Very smooth the interface now. The interactive map goes in the direction that you are driving. Yeah!!! I can now use the map and see where I am going. The app used to get hung up as it was opening. Now it just opens right up. Seems like the readout is much quicker. I'm giving it five stars. I'm assuming that it will be the new norm and they will improve it from here. Nice job escort. I see no change in the new version. I was sure that they would make the map function move in the same direction you are driving. It moves from the right to the left on your screen rather than moving in the direction you're driving. It's confusing and for me useless. I called the company and they said they know of this limitation. I asked them why they can't just design a new user interface. I said every other map function I use moves in the direction I'm driving. It seems to me that this would be the first thing that they would've changed in the new version. Disappointing. The radar detector works well. I just bought it a couple weeks ago.
  • Big Community, AutoLearn Rocks!

(Update: the new update with big flashing box is unappealing and distracting, I'd like to be able to toggle this off, but) In general I really like this app. No it's not a good map, no it doesn't show traffic well, no it doesn't give directions... But that's what Google Maps app is for. And this thing has saved my butt many times over the last few years. There's a large community, and I probably would throw any detector out the window that didn't have AutoLearn.
