They ask you if you would like to have the ‘menu’ and when you agree you spent $.99.. what a racket!! The system should notify you before charging you!

Don't bother downloading. Not sure why a hotel would even pick this app for its rooms. Any hotel should want more than a glorified remote app.....very disappointing

Crap app. Tricked me into paying a dollar for a subscription by quick drawing on the Touch ID with no confirmation. Have no idea where that dollar went or what do to about it. Something tells me it will keep charging in the future.

Stayconnect is supposed to be a remote for your hotel tv. It doesn't work that well and there is a hidden in app purchase that charges you to download the guide. AVOID this App!

This is an absolute scam. Use your phone to change your hotel tv channel but if you want the guide just click here and oh the really fine print is you just signed up for a year service for a buck. I do not mind paying for apps but eff you if you're not up front about it. This is the most dishonest practice in programming and I'm a programmer. I'm going to complain to the hotel as well just on principle. Tell me I'm paying a dollar for the convenience for the 5 days I'm here and I would have paid it because it's convenient. Do it on the sly and god help you, you dirty rotten scumbags. Grow the eff up and treat your users like clients and not marks. A-holes. You are the reason the rest of us have to defend the industry.

First of all this app does not work with the hotel Wi-Fi only works using your cellular data. It works for free as long as you only want to use it as a remote but if you want to actually see the channels that are available you have to buy the $.99 addition. It crashes multiple times if you try to use it on Wi-Fi it just shuts down not a good app at all.
