  • App is bugging out

Whenever I try to manage guests through the app, it flickers and I can’t scroll down. I also can’t edit names or add the number of guests for new invites unless I save it as a draft and go back to it, or send it then change it right away. Super annoying.

First time using and there are so many bugs I’m giving up. Hopefully it is fixed soon - I love the look of these cards.
  • Worst app ever

Crashed multiple times while trying to create my invitation. Saves randomly but I can’t find a way to intentionally save my progress. The typing cursor rarely ends up where I’m trying to put it. Too many issues to list. So frustrated!!!

I love all the card and invitation designs but every time I try to edit anything, the app crash and I have to start all over again. If this gets fixed I'll be so much more happier about this app. I would rather much use the app on my iPad than go on a browser or laptop/computer.

Updated and still impossible to use. Disappointing.
  • App only review - super buggy

I love the concept of Paperless Post and using the site online is way easier than using this app. It’s so glitchy that at this point, the app is only good for notifications.
  • Great Concept, Bad App

Please fix the bugs in the app. It crashes, performs excruciatingly slowly while creating a card, no longer allows for paper orders, and for some reason, one can’t listen to music while creating a card? Overall frustrating app with silly bugs that should be easy to fix. Please do that.

I’ve used this app for a bunch of invites over the years, including my rehearsal dinner in 2014. I’ve never had problems before. Currently this app has so many bugs it has been in almost impossible to use for my latest party invite, Easter 2018. From not letting me add extra guests, to not being able to change the “saved” name of guests, and crashing frequently when I try to edit details of the event or send a message to guests. There’s also no way to see your Address book that you made online, or text people invitations, and you cannot simply import a guest list from a previous event, which is idiotic. I’m definitely using a new party invite app from now on. I’m going to check Hobnob, Hopefully they will be better. I know at least you can text people invitations through that platform.

It hangs It doesn’t sync It’s slow So cumbersome and not intuitive Been using it for years and never gets better. Are the designs really worth it?

Had to put out a bridal shower invitation and I’ve never had such a hard time with an app. I made sure the app and my phone were on the latest updates but the app was awful. Made entering in emails very difficult. If I made a mistake on entering it was hard to delete to the point I just ended up paying to type a new email because I couldn’t delete the mistake.
