  • App fine when it works support not so much

Despite several attempts to refresh my subscription and requests for support, the app is displaying ads and refusing to display elevation profiles. I've used it successfully for turn by turn audible directions a few months ago. Might be worth the subscription if competent support were available.

This really helps out a lot. Even more so when you're new to the area and are unaware of the good bike routes.

Have had this app for a few years, but have been bikeless for a while, just built a brand new bike and remembered this App. Cannot convey how awesome it is, it literally makes me use my bike more!! Reminds me how easily I can get to places by mapping out the best route. 5 stars no doubt

All this app did was try to sell me a costlier version. I could not get it to even open.

I downloaded this app because I needed to get to an event a mere 1 1/2 miles from me. Unfamiliar with the surrounding area, I was looking for an app that would help me navigate the maze of one-way streets. The first disappointment was that the app requires a subscription in order to enable audio directions. I thought I'd just pay the $4 and give it a try. On my ride I was frustrated to find that it was directing me to ride against traffic on a one way street. I wisely ignored it's instructions and continued on to the next intersection. Not only was the app not rerouting me quickly enough, it also began to give me warnings that it couldn't locate me on GPS! I had already given it permission to use my location in settings, so I don't know what the issue was. After that I opened up my phone's map app and it had no trouble finding my real time location. Riding a bike in a city can be dangerous enough on it's own without an app giving crappy directions! It had no regard for my skill level. It directed me to a busy street where cars drive 45 plus MPH. That might not be a problem for frequent bike riders, but definitely not in my comfort zone. i'd be willing to give the app another try- perhaps tweak some settings and explore options EXCEPT that I'm annoyed there is a monthly cost associated. Looking through the app settings, there is no simple way to cancel membership. That has not been the case with most other subscription apps I've tried. Cancelling a subscription should not be a puzzle. I'm giving this two stars, because it has potential. It needs to be more reliable, and more sensitive to biker's individual skill level and preferences. Otherwise, why not just use the free map app on my phone? If this was everything I hoped it would be, I'd cough up a monthly fee. Until that happens, I'm deleting this app!

They told me to give them a 5 star review so I can use their paid subscription service for basic information about biking paths although everyone has to make money somehow I am broke.
