  • Sometimes I don’t get reminders

    By chacotanlines
I’d say about 10% of the time when I have a reminder set it just doesn’t show up. I look through the Notification Center and it’s not there either. I have all notifications turned on. This is worrisome because I can’t trust this app 100% to remind me of my appointments.
  • Very unhappy - No customer support

A year ago I bought Fantastical 2 for desktop, the design was appealing and the fact I could connect various email accounts was a perfect fit for me. Whilst the experience with the Desktop app was good, I have been a whole year without being able to synchronize my phone to work with all the accounts properly, and it would not sync automatically. The UX navigation in the app is very confusing and the options of personalization very limited. When I tried to reach out to ask for some help with the synchronization, I realized that they didn’t have a phone where to call, so I sent them an email. It has been a month and no one has replied. A company that doesn’t offer help or support is a company that doesn’t care about its customers. I have payed the initial $49.99 for the desktop app and I haven’t been able to use it. Overall I’m quite disappointed...
  • Great App! Would like to see 2 things...

    By Holliruth
I decided to try this app because Hal Elrod highly recommended it on one of his podcasts. After playing around with it for the past few hours, I’d love to make the following requests to the developers: 1. I think someone else mentioned this- I’d love to see a “sort” option in the Reminders list instead of having to go to settings to change between a whole list view or category view. It would also be awesome to be able to sort by reminder date (not sure if this is possible?) 2. Instead of only a scrolling view of the day’s activities on the calendar screen, I’d love to see an option to view the activities/reminders just one day at a time - like on the stock apple calendar. Having a scrolling list is driving me nuts and it’s hard for me to re-find the “Reminders” tab to click on. It also feels a little cluttered when looking at it. I LIVE by a calendar, to-do list and reminders! I wouldn’t be able to function without them, so it’s nice to see a calendar that integrates all 3!
  • Great app but doesn’t show the current date!!

    By Guitar girl1049573782-9
I love this app more than I thought I would, but I hate that the current date isn’t shown on the calendar like the Apple calendar. I feel like that’s a super easy fix and something developers should look into!!!
  • Removal of Easter & Good Friday

    By Tpar
UNBELIEVABLE! You have removed Holidays celebrated by the majority of Americans. Why? Are you offended that someone’s beliefs are different from yours? Stop excluding! Why not add Ramadan and other religious Holidays?
  • Needs option of adding religious holidays to calendar

  • Best task manager/calendar ever

This app changed my life. I went through SO many diff apps and attempted various methods to manage my busy schedule without dropping the ball on things and this was the only app that served this role! The interface is so user friendly and easy to use and i’ve relied on this app to manage everything in my life that it feels like a virtual personal assistant and I can honestly say it has improved the quality of my life for the +1 year that i’ve used it for now.
  • Lacking a Key Feature

    By MacAttack888
This app has it all... except Google Directory integration with the location search. Living overseas, the directory listings are terribly incomplete and so this becomes hard to use as it rarely finds the locations I need. Otherwise, beautiful app.
  • Save $$$ — get Google

    By drjwr
Multi-stepped and unintuitive to use, this calendar still lacks a monthly view that allows instant grasp of events. The ADHD combination of dots and dates, and weekly views with bars: what on earth do they communicate? All combined into a toxic stew with surly customer service. And aesthetically unattractive too. Google got the monthly calendar for iPhone right from the start — a far superior choice, and free.
  • Works great.

I've used Fantastical 2 for over a year, and it does everything I need. Easy to use, customize, sync, and completely reliable. Love it.
