  • unmonitored gambling trap

    By Divingpinkthinker
age range: 4+ on iOS App Store *proceeds to have an event where players have no option other than to gamble with real money for a limited time offer of a character* This game has decent visuals and animations but the charm is being lost completely to the money grabs. It’s appealing to fewer players as they develop it purely for the money they can make off of the handful of players willing to spend it.

  • Fun but.......

    By B$6
It's by far one of the funnest game but it needs Disney Pixar characters here like cars they already have toy story but still and another thing u need more time for the special events
  • Grumpy!!

    By Darchud
Seeing how comments on other social media has not changed anything how about your rating in the App Store! Change how to get grumpy and your rating can go back up! Play a fair game and you will keep players!
  • Completely Magical

    By Kk162534
I LOVE this game an have been playing it for a while. However, I have had to cut back because it is a MAJOR battery killer. To the point where I can’t get on unless I know I have a charger around. LOVE the game, hate the side effects.
  • Earned items disappear from game

    By Kaykayazzy
When unlocking characters I’ll have everything I need, but need to earn more magic and when I check back on that character to unlock it the other items are gone. For example: I’ve been trying to unlock Pete and had all the balloons, Pete’s hats & Pete’s mouse ears. Now I have enough magic, but 5 of the 10 hats are gone. This also happened with Eve. I bought Eve mouse ears from Merlin’s shop just to have them disappear once I earned everything else I needed to unlock her. The magic I spent on her ears did not reappear either. So basically it’s a pointless game because it doesn’t always work properly and all the time I spent earning things was a waste since those items are not being saved to the game.
  • Used to love the game...

    By Ringer311
This used to be a pretty fun game. However, now they are doing everything possible to rip off their users - making the new Grumpy character almost unattainable without forming over a ton of money - $50-$100. That is ridiculous. Don’t get this game until they make a change!
  • Greedy

Have been playing this game from almost day 1. I have put $$ into it as I don’t really believe in free to play games as there are people behind the great content and I want to keep it coming. But this is worse than the EA Star Wars fiasco of excessive greed. This last event: Snow White has an impossible to get Grumpy without spending about $100. And that’s if your rng is lucky. Come on. This game is worth 5* but the company isn’t worth one. There are 1000s of complaints on FB and though they are amazingly quick to answer, the lack of response is deafening. My advice: Don’t start.
  • Wonderful content but too expensive

    By Cynergygirl
This game is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the magic of Disney. The content of the game is beautiful and entertaining. However, if you want to participate in any of the seasonal or special events be prepared to pay... a lot. In the past, it was possible to enjoy these limited time activities where the pay to play characters, concessions, and chests felt like a bonus or a time saver. Now, they are 100% required to participate. Certain primary characters are only available by paying for a chance to obtain them in treasure chests. I am not opposed to paying for content to support development, but the game has devolved into simply “pay to collect”. Actual gameplay has been devalued.
