  • Why?

I don't understand how a company that makes such reliable cars can produce an app that is constantly totally flakey. When it works, it is reasonably nice ( nothing amazing, but competent), but it almost never works the first time. I usually have to delete and reinstall each time I want to use it. No improvement after three years!

Technician informed me today that the navigation app will no longer work since some iOS 10.? Update. Please update the app or update the firmware in our CRVs to work with Apple Play software.

My iPhone 7 plus is unable to connect to the Honda server. I have had no Honda GPS for over two weeks because of this issue. Please fix ASAP!
  • Good, but still needs features.

Thank you for adding copy and paste to this app! Also needs designated speed limits. It is still annoying that you have to stop the car, put the car in park, plug in the cable, select navigation, click OK to approve the navigation on the iPhone, search for the destination, then approve the destination before anything works. I would much rather plug in the phone have it auto connect then allow me to use Siri to request my destination and approve it. And allow this to happen whether I'm driving or not. Also lately, with the current version, the default voice is followed by the Siri voice giving the street name which is very annoying and kind of comical.

Surprising that Honda, one of the largest and most advanced companies out there, made this application. Even more surprising that they charge this amount of money for it. On top of it all. They didn't even make the head units in the cars upgradable or updatable to even use apple CarPlay....or even attempted to use their engineering degree's to make it happen.... Do NOT purchase this app. This is a caution to all. Below I've outlined the ways to circumvent this app and utilize the phones navigation. 1. Press and hold the power, eject, and menu buttons on the infotainment system. 2. Press detailed information 3. Press and hold the menu button and the developer menu will show. 4. Press vehicle information 5. Press VPN ERRORS button 6. Set it to off Now you can use the HDMI option and use your iPhone to mirror all the apps etc while driving..downside is you'll have to do this every time you start up the car. I believe this works for civic, accord, and fit models with the same infotainment system 2014-2016

I have no idea why people are complaining about this app . I had no problems at all navigating to , from and around Nashville. The app is current and user friendly. Even with the cost of the app plus the iOS hdmi adapter it came out reasonably priced . I am very pleased with the functionality of the app . 👍👌

59.99 and it doesn't work. Crashes constantly on a iPhone 6 Plus. Waste of 59.99
