  • Stop working iPhone 7plus iOS 11.2.1

Not a good apps for navigation but there is no choice for Honda owner. This apps seems to work fine before. After I update to the latest version (iOS 11.2.1), it stop working. I can’t even open the app. Looks like their latest update is not compatible with the iOS latest version. Hope to get fixed soon. I was relying on this app a lot.

The latest version shows a white bar on the top of the screen. Is there any way to revert back to older version. The version that I am using is the one that is compatible with iPhone 10. You can only see half of what is at the top making the latest version unusable. Fix please ASAP. You have ruin a good app. You could at least checked before putting it out to make sure that it is compatible with all phones. Mine is the iPhone 8. This version locks up when you try to put in your home location.

I hate this app so much, I will never own another Honda because of it.
  • Actually pretty good...but HDMI adapter stinks.

Well...I've got to say, it is a HUGE improvement over the default NAV system. But it relies solely on Assisted GPS so it stinks on the open road Don
  • Fails to work.

For the past 6 months, it has failed to connect to its remote server, regardless of which connection I am on, irreverent of numberous reinstallations, and definitely out of my ability to diagnose, even with the internet's help. So, to me, this is a $60, functionless application. I can see a map, but I cannot use any other function, including navigation, search, and traffic. At this point, I consider this a nonfunctional application.
  • Don’t waste your money if you want to be able to listen to music and navigate simultaneously.

App connects fine sometimes. But you loose music control. If you want to change a song you have to exit the app change your song on your phone switch back to the app on your phone, press the honda link icon on your car screen and wait a loading screen of about 30 seconds to be able to continue using the navigation feature. This completely defeats the purpose of me wanting to be able to have navigation on the car screen so I don't have to use my phone. UI could improve greatly. Clock stamp completely covers up where the street and direction that is coming up next is displayed. -Civic EX-L 2015
  • No ability to change route

The app is nice except that you cannot choose a different route. When traveling from point a to point b there are typically more than route. This app allows one route and does not provide the ability to select different routes.

I love my car but this app not so much. It does not always work. You have to plug it in and take it out and repeat. It's great when it works. I called customer service once, never again will I do that again. He thought since I was of the female gender, I knew nothing. Boy was he wrong. Now if he talked to my husband, that would have been a different story. Anyway, he said when Apple updated their OS, they would fix their system. I told him their was several updates since I bought the app and it still sucked. MEN!!! Another problem, we have two drivers so we had to pay for the app twice, one for each phone - no fair!!
  • IT NEEDS SOME UPDATE

Hello, I purchased this app, I use it with the the Apple MD825AM/A Lightning to VGA Adapter for iPhones, it works to slow, if you take a different street that the one it told you to take it lasts a long time routing and goes out of service.
  • Could use improvement but otherwise good

With the AV adapter turns your entertainment system into navigation. Pro's - Good picture - traffic - easy viewing - so far accurate directions - on time price - much cheaper then having navigation installed. Cons/needs improvement -multiple voices for same instruction (would prefer if it used ONE voice) -fixed as landscape not helpful when entering an address -can't switch apps without losing the navigation -not really intuitive you will have to play with it
