    This App is great! Gives you variety and exercises plans custom to your needs. Not to easy but not so hard that you are potentially causing injury. Each exercise is demonstrated clearly so proper form can be mimicked. I love that it lets me schedule my next workout session and then reminds me to complete it. Also their is a place to log any additional workouts you did on your own like swimming, walking etc...

    I’ve had this app for over half a year now, while I love it, I’m still waiting to see additional workouts. Glutes, arm, and core specific workouts still say that they are coming soon. You keep using that word. I am thinking it does not mean what you think it means. Let me help you: soon means; In or after a SHORT time. I don’t need meal planning. I want workouts. 😕

    So far my meal plan has the same food at each meal EVERY SINGLE DAY. Same breakfast, same lunch, etc. Yes, I tried to change them but it just keeps reverting back and the ingredients for the substitute meals don’t appear on the shopping list. Worthless. Next I tried to integrate my steps tracking. Nope. This shows 1600 when my tracker shows 3800. I KNOW I’ve walked more than 1600! So far this app looks pretty worthless and certainly NOT worth the money for a pro subscription.

    I like that these workouts are quick but intense. I like adding them in addition to my running and biking to concentrate on more toning and strength.

    I have tried so many workout plans and nutrition guides that are "tailored" to your specific needs but none have asked me questions and truly found where I needed to begin like this app. Especially being a college student on a budget, this app helps build a grocery list to my needs, likes and dislikes, and provides countless reminders and check lists to help me stay on track. Perfect for on the go and at home workouts! The absolute best!

    I like the app, but it’s kind of misleading since several of the target groups; arms, core, etc; are not available. Also there isn’t many vegan friendly food options. It would be far better if you could specifically choose your preferred diet.
