    New content available on Fire TV app not available on Apple TV or iPad app. A new show, East of Everywhere, was supposed to be available on December 11 but only the trailer is available. This app has constant issues and customer support is terrible. The shows available are quite good if you can stand the frustrations of the apps.
  • Great shows poor execution of an app

    Facebook said app was $4.99/month, once I signed up there must be a $2.00 sign up fee because it's $6.99/month. Works well, no glitches but in times of Netflix and others this is sad. Seems like it was quickly thrown together. No categories, should be able to access CC within the show, auto play would be great. In FAQ they say they add new shows every Monday. If that's the case then there's something wrong it didn't load properly because there aren't many shows.
  • A good app but

    The app works well on my Roku and android phone plus the Mac mini. But it works poorly on IPad Pro and Apple TV. It has some of my favorite shows on it. I also continually find new shows to watch. The Brits, Aussies, Kwiws display some of their finest shows. I wish it work better on Apple devices that s why i have back up.

    I am going to start the offered 7 day free trial through my ITunes Account. I am skeptical however that I will purchase if your app is as buggy as subscribers say.
  • Wonderful content poorly delivered

    The TV shows are fantastic but the app is frustratingly buggy, with problems on a daily basis. Often the content fails to display, fails to play, logs the user out and then displays an erroneous "check internet" message when trying to log back in - the list goes on and on. Emails to technical support result in unnecessary password changes and other bandaid type fixes that don't address the root of the problem, which appears to be a badly designed/programmed app. It really is a shame that this stellar content continues to be delivered through such a subpar viewing experience. It does not reflect well on Apple or Acorn TV.
  • Great when it worked

    Currently I can’t use the app because it states to check my internet connection. I can view programs on my iPad using safari but not on this. It was great while it worked. I hope it’s fixed before too Longview
  • Worst ever

    Won't even let me sign in. Says to check my internet connection and try again. Bunch of morons in their IT dept!
  • Can’t connect with internet

    The app is failing to connect to WiFi or LTE or anything. This happened after your most recent update. Can’t do anything rendering the app useless. Hope there a fix soon

    App does not work. I was able to watch a show twice, all other times it crashed and wouldn’t let me watch anything
  • Buggiest app I’ve owned

    In all my years as an apple device owner, this is the worst app I’ve used. It rarely works. When selecting a show, it usually just returns you to the home screen. I believe the problem is that they use their own authentication system rather than your Apple ID. While the settings say you are logged in, all the shows offer a trial period. Either way, stay away. For an app this pricey, it needs to work more than 25% of the time.
