  • Used to be great. Crystals ruined it.

The addition of crystals as a secondary currency ruined this app. Now you must pay with credits and crystals. Credits are earned daily with the option to purchase via in-app if wanted. Crystals are in-app purchases only. This killed it.
  • Now a money grab

With the addition of "diamonds" this app has gone from fun, to another pathetic money grab by Topps. No reason for this change, its a disgusting jab at the user base. Users can no longer have a "chance" how ever small it is, to get a cool card now unless they drop cash to buy the new in game currency. Advice: stay away
  • A great App until Greed took over

I absolutely loved this app as an avid card collector it was a great digital enjoyment along with my real life collecting. Now this Crystal addition has ruined this app. It has nothing to do with "well you can't afford it" it's Far from that it's the principle of Topps is greedy. Look I know business and businesses need to make money but you already did with "Credits" and other avenues so the addition of Crystals is ridiculous and disgusting greed.

In the early days of this app it was much more fun. Recently it's very clunky and costly. I hope they can change the UI and mechanics back to how hey were before, because it worked better and was more fun. I've spent plenty of cash on this app and I love Star Wars like it's a religion, but I have to say that the functionality and management of this app have a lower quality these days.

Okay, everyone needs to chill about the crystals. Yes, there are cards you can ONLY BUY with crystals (the equivalent of real cash). However this is NOT NEW. These purchases were just in the part of the shop where you could buy extra credits (the other currency) with real money and not out in the open. Please stop freaking out, you can still buy other cards with the free credits. As for the game it's alright and you don't need to buy anything anyway as you can freely browse the full collection at anytime you please with zero restrictions though that admittedly hasn't stopped me 100%...

This new crystal crap is dumb can't buy anything because now you have to buy crystals to get something you want I think this is so stupid, I would say for the sake of this app staying up take it away! This is a really fun game but, it does give out crappy card rates, When your going for a card and it's say -1:3 it takes 2 days worth of saving up credits to barely get it. I'm not going to list all things bad about it but they do need to take some time and fix some of these problems.
  • Was amazing, but dont get it, waste of time.

If you dont wanna spend a ton of money dont get it. Use to u could get amazing things free but anything halfway even decent cost money and is not worth how much you'd be spending. Promise, dont waste ur time
  • Nickel and dime

I downloaded this app based off a recommendation of a YouTuber and it was fun, for a time. Now the creators plot to get (more) money from fans, well, it feels more like the empires greed of stripping away the planet Jelucan's resources. Little by little till one day you look at the 'fun' that once was and realize the Rebel Alliance is making sense! Needless to say, I'm throwing in the towel and if they ever decide to put their greed on the back burner, I may come back. In all seriousness. Perhaps the creators need money in order to keep this app alive or some other reason. Some users may feel it's a good value for the entertainment that they are receiving; I do not. Also, the way the creators are going about trying to charge the money from the users of the app truly does feel like they are taking the 'nickel and dime' mentality.

They recently added "crystals" and "credits" to purchase the packs now. So some of the old bonus cards and limited edition packs now have to be purchased in crystals. Some of the packs go for upwards of 33,000 crystals...& 22,000 crystals will cost you $99.00, so be prepared to shell out about $198.00, for one pack of "limited edition" virtual cards. As George Takei would say..."Oh My!". Base Cards and Some Chance packs can still be purchased with credits, but it looks like Bonus and Limited Cards will be switching over to crystals only. It looks like they are trying to end collectors saying up there credits to get the good packs, because as of now you can only way to get crystals, is to buy them. All good apps must come to an end.
